AFSA1182.org Domain Name Transfer

The domain name registration for afsa1182.org will expire in March 2009 and my intent is to not renew it. If the chapter wishes to transfer the domain name before then, I’ll be happy to do so just as soon as the designated webmaster contacts me with the new hosting service/registrar information needed to conduct the transfer. < --More-->

Nonchargeable Leave For New Dads

Airmen are now eligible for 10 days of nonchargeable paternity leave following the birth of their newborns, based on a passage included in the Fiscal 2009 defense authorization act. The paternity leave must be taken on consecutive days within 60 days of the baby’s birth, or, in extraordinary circumstances, up to a maximum of 90 days following the birth.
